The year is 2679, and a galactic war is raging. After nearly ten years on the offensive against the Scourge, a ruthless alien race, the United Colonies of Mankind are still holding out, albeit battle-scarred. Their Reconquest, a colossal project to recover lost worlds, including Earth, is under way.
