Wendigo

Wendigo is the lore keeper of a world long past, part of an exotic and ancient breed known collectively as the Carcosa. Mythology tells that the Carcosa were the true inheritors of the Earth, the first created by the Great Spirit. But ashamed of their bestial nature, the Great Spirit abandoned them in favor of a more “perfect” inheritor: humanity. Competing for resources, early humans hunted the Carcosa nearly to extinction, leaving only a handful scattered across the globe.
