The Torchlight Brigade originates as a dormant project funded through reserved budgets, designed to respond to the most critical situations in the remote territories of human space. Its members are secretly recruited from the finest troops of Bureau Aegis and the Black Bureau, committed to intervening whenever a new planet or potential human settlement is endangered. Their role is to provide an effective and adaptable security and law-enforcement force capable of operating in the most distant colonies, deep within unexplored regions.
