This set is part of the CAPITAL wave for Fallout: Wasteland Warfare! The Capital Wasteland is filled with unusual characters and eccentric personalities that bring a touch of life to an otherwise harsh and uncaring place. During your travels across the blighted plains of D.C., you may encounter a well-meaning but short-sighted writer and inventor, a larger-than-life radio host, or even the Sheriff, Mayor, and any other leader needed in Megaton.
