Tabitha and Raul are iconic figures of Black Mountain in the Mojave Wasteland. Under Tabitha’s guidance, a group of Super Mutant Nightkin have established their headquarters, creating her unique vision of “Utobitha.” Her cryptic radio broadcasts and nighttime raids have made her the scourge of the surrounding area, striking friend and foe alike under the cover of darkness.
