Sloppity Bilepiper

The Sloppity Bilepiper is a strangely cheerful herald of Nurgle's plague-ridden legions. Afflicted by the highly contagious Joyous Encephalopathy, he spreads hysterical laughter across the battlefield – laughter so intense it can rupture the innards of mortals. While his dismal fellow Plaguebearers might not appreciate his antics, the other Daemons of Nurgle find him hilarious. Tragically, the Bilepiper is both entertainer and eventual victim, destined to be turned into a squealing instrument for his successor.
