Scarecrow / Spectre Squad

The specimens designated in ETCU reports as “Scarecrows” or “Spectres” are staggering, misshapen humanoids whose forms suggest broken and improperly reassembled human silhouettes. Their widespread appearance across conflict zones has led analysts to theorise that they function as infantry units deployed by entities known as the Nightstalkers.
