Pteraphon

The Pteraphon is one of the earliest and most successful applications of biomancy in warfare. Originally developed by the Arrows to slay dragons, it was meant to match the might of the most fearsome creatures of Lindwurm. That ambition was crushed when the Ancient Dragons awoke and laid waste to their creators—but the Directorate is not known for wasting resources. Refined and repurposed, the Pteraphon became something new: a symbiotic armor stripped of its autonomous nervous system and merged with its pilot to grant flight and heightened senses.
