Humber Scout Car
· British Army Tanks & Vehicles
During World War II, the British Army sought additional reconnaissance vehicles to supplement the Daimler Dingo already in service. Humber answered the call with a nimble and dependable two-man scout car. Over 4,000 units were produced from 1942 until the war’s end, serving with a wide range of Commonwealth, Polish, and Czech forces. With a top speed of 62 mph and a low profile, the Humber Scout Car proved highly effective in reconnaissance and liaison roles across various theatres of war.
