Barrow-wights

The Beings of the Galgals are the spirits of ancient human kings, reanimated by the dark enchantments of the Witch-King of Angmar and reduced to his service. Although the terrifying kingdom of Angmar has disappeared, these spectres still haunt the mounds, watching out for the unwary who venture into their territory. Those who cross their path are doomed: a simple contact with these malevolent spirits is enough to paralyse them, leaving them defenceless to the dark designs of the Beings of the Galgals.
